Women’s Day with Jubilee Pharmacy
Jubilee Pharmacy successfully hosted the Matatiele Women’s Day Race at North End Stadium, bringing together women from all walks of life to celebrate strength, health, and sisterhood. Participants took part in 5km, 10km, and 21km races, promoting fitness, endurance, and empowerment.
The event created a vibrant atmosphere of unity and support, with women running, walking, and encouraging one another throughout the day. It was more than a sporting event, serving as a meaningful celebration of women’s wellness and community solidarity.
Mayor Cllr Stuurman attended the event and highlighted the significance of Women’s Day, emphasizing that every woman in South Africa deserves protection and support.
The organisers extended their gratitude to Jubilee Pharmacy, sponsors, volunteers, marshals, and all participants for making the event a success. The race reinforced the importance of supporting, uplifting, and protecting women, not only on Women’s Day but throughout the year.
